Shipping policy

Where we ship
We ship across India to all serviceable pin codes.

Dispatch and delivery
- Dispatch: within 1–3 business days of order confirmation.
- Delivery: usually 3–7 business days after dispatch. Remote areas and the North-East may take longer.
- Large or fragile items are specially packed and may take 2–3 extra days.
- Items in one order may arrive in separate packages.

Shipping charges
- Free shipping on orders of ₹999 and above.
- For smaller orders, the shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

Payment
We currently accept prepaid orders through UPI, cards, net banking and wallets on a secure checkout. Cash on Delivery is coming soon.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email/SMS or WhatsApp.

Receiving your order
Please make sure your address and phone number are correct. If the outer package looks damaged, record an unboxing video before opening. See our Refund policy for damaged or wrong items.
