How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days and usually arrive 3–7 business days later. Large or fragile items may take 2–3 extra days.
Is shipping free?
Yes, on orders of ₹999 and above. For smaller orders the charge is shown at checkout.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Not yet, but it's coming soon to cities across India. For now, you can pay securely by UPI, cards, net banking or wallets at checkout.
Can I return a product?
We don't accept returns for change of mind. If something arrives damaged, defective or wrong, tell us within 5 days of delivery with an unboxing video and photos, and we'll replace it free. See our Replacement & Refund Policy.
Why do you need an unboxing video?
Many of our products are fragile. A video from the sealed package lets us approve your replacement quickly and claim transit damage from the courier.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, free of charge before it is dispatched. Once shipped, it can't be cancelled.
Will the product look exactly like the photos?
Colours can vary slightly between screens, and handmade items have small natural differences. Want to see more? WhatsApp us and we'll share extra photos or a video of the item.
Are the crystal and acrylic items fragile?
They're sturdy for display but should be handled with care. Dust with a soft microfibre cloth and keep them away from harsh cleaners.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a tracking link by email/SMS or WhatsApp as soon as your order ships.
