1. About us
This website is operated by MoodHaus, a proprietorship of Parth Mahajan, based in Faridabad, Haryana, India (“MoodHaus”, “we”, “us”). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them with our Shipping Policy, Replacement & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or use the website under the supervision of a parent or guardian, and able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law.
3. Products and pricing
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- We try to show colours, sizes and finishes accurately. Actual colours may vary slightly with screen settings, and handmade items may have small natural variations. These are not defects.
- Product dimensions are approximate.
- If a product is listed at an incorrect price or is out of stock, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid in full.
4. Orders and payment
- An order is confirmed only when you receive our order confirmation.
- We currently accept prepaid orders only, through UPI, cards, net banking and wallets. Cash on Delivery is not available yet; when we introduce it, eligible orders and any advance required will be shown at checkout.
- We may refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent or abusive, and will refund any amount paid.
5. Shipping
Delivery times are estimates and are covered in our Shipping Policy. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather, strikes or other events beyond our control.
6. No returns; replacement only
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Items that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect are replaced free of charge if reported within 5 days of delivery with an unboxing video and photos, as set out in our Replacement & Refund Policy. If a replacement is not available, we refund the amount paid.
7. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled. Refusing delivery without a valid reason may lead to deduction of shipping costs from your refund.
8. Product use and safety
- Electrical products (lamps, lights) must be used at the stated voltage, kept away from water, and not left unattended for long periods.
- Mirrors, glass, crystal, ceramic and acrylic items are fragile; handle them with care. Wall and standing items should be secured properly.
- Decor items are not toys; keep small parts away from children and pets.
- We are not responsible for damage or injury caused by misuse, incorrect installation or ignoring these instructions.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including our name, logo, text, photos and design, belongs to MoodHaus or its licensors and may not be copied or used without written permission.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Faridabad, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
