Where we ship
We ship across India to all serviceable pin codes. You can check delivery to your pin code at checkout.
Dispatch and delivery times
- Dispatch: within 1–3 business days of order confirmation.
- Delivery: usually 3–7 business days after dispatch. Remote areas and the North-East may take longer.
- Fragile and larger items, such as crystal pieces and sculptures, are specially packed and may take 2–3 extra days.
- If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate packages.
Shipping charges
- Free shipping on orders of ₹999 and above.
- For smaller orders, the shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
Payment options
- We currently accept prepaid orders through UPI, cards, net banking and wallets, all on a secure checkout.
- Cash on Delivery is coming soon to cities across India.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email/SMS or WhatsApp.
Receiving your order
- Please make sure your address and phone number are correct. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect details.
- If the outer package looks damaged, you may refuse it, or record an unboxing video before opening. See our Replacement & Refund Policy for damaged or wrong items.
